Everyone at some point in their life faces a crossroad where choosing either way determines how they are going to lead their lives. For me currently, the decision of where to further my studies leaves me completely clueless(currently awaiting university admission)

Yet I believe whichever way it is,God has a plan mapped out for us to prosper us cause He is a God who wants to bless. That was a point I caught during Pastor Tommy Tenny's sermon. When he said that, something clicked in me. Yes God loves to bless, why didnt I see that?

Then I realised I've been focusing on the way that God didnt bless instead of the many things that He have constantly blessing me with. Since God loves to bless, then the path that He wants us to take must be one that will certainly be a good one.

Candy told us the story of Jackie Pullinger, about how she had a degree in music yet she left everything to go to Hongkong Wall Street, a place of desolation and even did miraculous works there. She could have chosen to stick with her degree and become a renowned person in the music scene yet God called her to a higher purpose, to help even the lives of people in need, making differences in lives of people. When you have nothing you only have God.

That was exactly what Jackie Pullinger did, bought a one way ticket, and had so little money which I dont know how she can possibly survive unless only by the grace of God and that is when there is true desperation and hunger for God, by doing so fufilled the purpose that God has planned in her life.

Being a young believer, I used to think maybe God's purpose for me is just to pick up a tissue paper on the streets which may cause a butterfly effect and cause a difference in someone's life. Yet the Word says that the thoughts of God for us are so profound and so many that they are like sand. Uncountable. I suppose picking up of a tissue paper wont require so much thoughts.

Believing in the purpose that God has set for us is also a display of the fear of the Lord.
Romans 8:21 'Does not the potter have the right to make out of the same lump of clay some pottery for noble purposes and some for common use?'
Because it also equals surrendering our lives to him, letting him take full control.

So whichever choice I make eventually, I believe as long as it's what He has planned, it will be good.
