Aware of their discussion, Jesus asked them:"Why are you talking about having no bread? Do you still not see or understand? Are your hearts hardened? Do you have eyes but fail to see, and ears but fail to hear? And don't you remember? When I broke the five loaves for the five thousand, how many basketfuls of pieces did you pick up?"
"Twelve," they replied.
"And when I broke the seven loaves for the four thousand, how many basketfuls of pieces did you pick up?"
They answered, "Seven."
He said to them, "Do you still not understand?
–Mark 8:17 -21

Frankly speaking, I’m at a loss of words when I finally understood what God was talking about.

In Mark chapter 8, Jesus fed 4000 people with only 7 loaves of bread, and all of them were satisfied. After that, they picked up 7 basketfuls of pieces. Logically speaking, 7 loaves of bread can feed 4000 people; in a sense, probably each will have a pinch of the bread. Also, after distributing the bread to SOOOOO many people, there shouldn’t be any left, oh, probably the bread crumbs aye.

“With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”” –Matthew 19:26

indeed, it is only the Lord who can do miraculous deeds. When you think you can’t make it, remember this verse, for you have the Lord, and He will make all things possible.

love,
kriss
