Often, questions would flood my head because I had always seek God, but it seems as though He's never there. Yes, I need to confess that I do doubt God..

"You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart" - Jeremiah 29:13

However, after reading His word, it makes me understand that I should seek Him with all my heart, (which I never really really did, because I am quite easily distracted) and be hungry and thirsty for the holy spirit to manifest me, show me the way. God, thus, will be made known to us. Focus our mind on the Lord, and push everything else aside, think only of Him as we worship and pray and step into the spiritual realm. Ask God, with all our heart and mind set only on Him, to reveal something to us or show us signs as and when we feel lost and in search of direction. With a sincere and a heart full of faith, I believe that God will reveal himself to us, and show us the way!

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11

I do question God sometimes, especially in times when I feel emotionally hurt. I would wonder, if He loves me so much, then why the torment? But often, because of the pain and injury that we go through during that particular time, we sometimes do forget that God has His own plans and He knows that, whatever He does is the best for us. He wants us to learn something from each hurdle we go through. He will not destroy us, for He loves us! Hence, we must always make it a point to remember that even if we feel down in the dumps and that the world has left us, or perhaps, maybe we'd blame God for landing us in this sorry state, God has still paved this path for us for He wants us to learn something from this situation. And, bear in mind that, even if all else fails, God will not fail us! ;)

Thus, in conclusion, we should always bear in mind that He is always around us and that He will never forsake us, for he is our faithful God.

Whenever Satan starts weaving his lie, or whenever it happens that it seems as though the world is crashing down, flip to these verses and meditate on it. Think and think through again and let His peace be upon you!

- Carol.
