In the beginning of May, I was worried about my NAPFA (National Physical Fitness Award) tests. Remember a few weeks ago, when Pastor Danny told us to find a pair n pray for each other's test or exam? That day, my prayer request was that I could do well in NAPFA, and my friend prayed that God would help me during the NAPFA exam, especially for 'sit and reach' which I'm not really good at.

On the day of my NAPFA test, I prayed to God, and God really helped me and gave me more power and energy to run the 1.2 km. I don't feel tired after the running! As for the 'sit and reach' item, I really can reach further than the few practices I did in P.E. lesson at school. The standing broad jump? I jumped further than I did before during practices too. And, yes, I got a Gold Award for the NAPFA test. Jesus really did help me, thank God.

In conclusion, whenever you have a test, exams, or problem, rely on God, do not just lean on your own strength, but ask for God's help and blessing. Surely, He will be happy that we always need Him and he will help us.
