I was having a tough 3 weeks of examinations and i really regret not starting earlier cos i was really crammed up and memorising everything just 3 weeks before my exams started. Bad move on my part.

So anyway, in order to memorize everything, i stayed up and drank tea, coffee everyday, whatever that kept me awake for the night, or rather midnight to morning. I think alot of people experienced what i was feeling
right? But it was really tough for me and i really wanted to crack. Like i got angry at myself for not starting earlier and regretting only now, for procastinating and starting late. I even got pissed just cos i couldn't find
a worksheet (which i realised was in some really obvious place, anyhoos off topic).

I was too tired to pray to Him everyday too. Bad me again. :(

Then the week after my social studies paper, i came for service and what Pastor Eugene said really hit me. Like some sort of awakening or something.

" I sought the Lord, and he Heard me, and delivered me from all my fears "
Psalms 34:4

Right at that moment (it was worship so my eyes were closed), i just like suddenly opened my eyes and looked up. And i was thinking...., "Wow, how apt. God knows huh?"

When i got back, i copied the verse in my revision notebook and cut it out from the youthnet brochure and stuck it onto my wall so that i'd see it everyday. It was my motivation for the whole 3 weeks. Whenever i got upset over stress and all, i'd just meditate on that verse. It calmed me down quite a bit.

My mid-years are over now but i thank God cos although i didn't cover everything, the process of doing most of the papers was quite okay. I'm not expecting an A for everything, but i know it's 100% God and 100% man. God definitely gave His 100%....i'd just have to work hard on my 100%. :D

For all those still having exams, jia you! Because the Lord will bless you!!!!!! Remember to honour God first in EVERYTHING not because you HAVE TO but because you WANT TO.

Another verse i came across:
"But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself".

God bless. :)
