I've been totally tired out this week. It's been this way since I've gone into JC. But this week I just felt extremely tired; extra workload cos' it's the As year, stepped-up CCA trainings due to the upcoming competition, minor issues with friends. It's the same things that have surfaced since the year started. But I couldn't understand why this few weeks were particularly difficult. Then it dawned upon me.

"I can do everything through Him who gives me strength."
Phillipians 4:13

I haven't been relying on God to be that pillar of strength for me. I thought I could handle everything on my own. I still prayed, but I rarely took these problems to God.

God showed this verse to me & I immediately understood. What man can do can NEVER surpass what God can do. We can only achieve what we want to when we do it through God.

I've decided to make this my verse of the year (A bit late since the year has already started, but better late than never right?) & I've put it all over my stuff to remind me of this. Indeed, I can do everything through Him who gives me strength.

& I thought of sharing one of my favourite songs since young:

You are my strength when I am weak
You are the treasure that I seek
You are my all in all

- Sarah :)
