Leadership :)
(inspired by my leadership class. thought it was pretty interesting)

Issue - Gaining influence
Secular leaders will try and gain power on their own, by their own strengths.
Spiritual leaders will simply love others and show interest in their lives.

Issue - Confidence
Secular leaders will try to compete and win others by demonstrating their self-confidence and their determination to take people to greater heights.
Spiritual leaders will depend on God and gain confidence from His guidance.

Issue - Aquiring authority
Secular leaders will emphasize on their right and position as a leader to order others around.
Spiritual leaders will serve others and be an example to gain their respect and loyalty.

Issue - Growing the organization/ministry
Secular leaders will demand people. Demand all sorts of things to be done.
Spiritual leaders will develop people. Build them up into servants of God so they can reach out to others.

Issue - Vision
Secular leaders look for temporal gain.
Spiritual leaders look for eternal gain.

Issue - Success
Secular leaders strive to outdo others and reap the benefits of their own success.
Spiritual leaders obey God and attribute all success to His glory.

Which kind of leader are you?

-Benita
