Doing it together

Was blog-hopping and went to the blogs of all the Youthnet pastors. I happened to come across the following picture which caused something to ring in my mind.

I got this from YCYPAO Cluster blog and i got the word, TOGETHER.

It reminds me of the christian walk. B4 knowing Jesus or w/o Christ in our life, we are like little fishies swimming in our own way and not knowing where our security is.

The BIG fish illustrates the challenges & trials that are ahead of us and the fear of these will swallow us.
However, in Christ we find our one direction, one way, one security. We move together as one family, one body to face our challenges.

The 2nd pic clearly illustrates the strength of unity or i would use TOGETHERNESS.

In the year 2007, Dan and Eve will face greater challenges as Pastors. DE24 will meet ups and downs. Each of us would face different struggles. But if we unite ourselves in the body of Christ (only Christ's love can unite us fully), we can BECOME bigger in strength than the BIG fish.
There is only so much that Pastors Dan and Eve can do, there is a limit what your leaders can do.
In Eccl 4: 12, the Lord advised us to be together for strength.
Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

Will you swim in "one way" today? Will you give your every bit for the success of this BIGGER fish? Lets do it TOGETHER man!

Love, Candy
