GOD'S DESTINY FOR US

Took time out recently to go to Muar.
Its was a really cool time just relaxing and spending time talking, eating and walking.

Day One was great, we drove up to Malacca after dropping our bags and had a sumptous meal of claypot rice with chicken, fish, soup and vegetables. Next we proceeded with a good walk around before settling down to watch Adam Sandler's "Click", a must watch for all people old and young, fat or skinny. Just before the movie we had a Banana Split with 3 scoops of Ice-Cream...Whoa...we nearly died of overdose of sugar....Figures why we laugh so much during the show...

Watching the movie "Click" was an extremely alarming but important journey for me in this retreat getaway as many lessons would be drawn from it later.

We walked out of the show, with tears in our eyes and also a renewed hope that somehow the 3 of us has got the right combi in our lives. FAMILY....That was the resounding message.

We did everything right. Coming for this trip and leaving Eve and Baby Ignez behind wasn't easy. Especially now being jobless and still spending money. But the time we made for God to speak was more important than any other thing. As such even a movie we picked spoke volumes to our spirit and was to become many parts of our conversations thereafter.

FAMILY is spelled, Father & Mother I Love You. In our context of the DE Tribe, that meant that You would love your spiritual parents and they in turn will Love Eve & Me. (Not missing Baby Ignez) It is spoken by words, embroided by many acts of love and strengthen by the time we spent with one another.

Returning to our understanding of God it would be mean that true family begins with us loving each other and with that love being willing to open our hearts to our spiritual parents. Like Adam Sandler's Dad who did the coin trick. All he ever wanted in the busy schedule of his son's time was to tell him and show him that he loves him. In his way he wanted to guide his son to become a man who would remember that above all, the family would be there for you and should always stick together. Yet ambitions and life choices deniel them.

You have a choice today to God. Return to the love of God and learn to grow and love in this family. Or trade your moments of short satisfaction for something that would never last.

Love Daddy Danny
